The Challenge
A client in Cubao reported that their kitchen floor "always looked dirty" even after mopping. The issue wasn't the tile surface, but the grout lines absorbing grease and dirt over years.
The Edge Approach
We bypassed standard mopping. Instead, we applied an alkaline degreaser to the specific grout edges, agitated with a detail brush, and extracted residue using a wet-dry vacuum. No harsh acids, no damage to the tile.
"I didn't realize how bright the original tile color was until you cleaned the edges. It looks like a new kitchen."
