Excluded Hazards
To ensure the safety of our staff and your property, CleanEdgeService technicians are strictly prohibited from handling certain hazards. We do not clean:
- • Biohazardous materials, blood, or bodily fluids
- • Mold infestations requiring remediation (beyond surface cleaning)
- • Heavy furniture requiring disassembly without prior arrangement
- • Exterior windows above the second floor
Client Readiness
A perfect clean requires preparation. To maintain our efficiency and safety standards, clients agree to:
The "Edge" Clause: Liability & Damage
We train our teams to spot potential issues before they become problems. However, cleaning involves friction and chemistry. If an item breaks due to pre-existing instability or improper installation, we document it immediately and notify you.
Resolution Process: Should damage occur due to our proven negligence, we carry liability insurance to cover repairs or replacement. We require notification within 24 hours of service completion to process a claim. We do not cover wear-and-tear deterioration.
Pre-Service Requirement
We recommend a pre-clean walkthrough to flag "Do Not Touch" items. Without this instruction, our team assumes standard cleaning protocols apply to all accessible surfaces.
Chemistry & Safety Protocols
We prioritize health alongside cleanliness. Our terms mandate the use of EPA-approved, non-toxic cleaning agents wherever effective.
For Pet Owners & Parents: We use pet-safe enzymatic cleaners for floors and low-VOC formulas for surfaces. While we avoid harsh chemicals, we cannot guarantee zero-irritant status for highly sensitive individuals.
